We were really disappointed with our stay - the bathroom light was broken - the bedroom light was broken and there were stains on a lot of the bedding and couch. The kettle was sticky when we arrived and we didn’t realize we had to hire pool towels.
Very unfortunate as we are owners at Wyndham and the standard is usually much better

Great family Stay for 2 nights.
Hotel is immaculate and the direct beach access is great.
Room wasn’t ready when we arrived but they gave use some room credit to get lunch while we waited.
Will be back if visiting the Gold Coast again

You’re staying in a hotel with no hotel benefits. Stains on the floor, tv doesn’t work, no charging ports near the beds, toilet cracked and doesn’t flush properly.
