Hotel is a real gem bathroom superb. No breakfast but there is a Costa next door

Iconic building, great location in Soho, amazing staff. Beware it can be noisy at nights due to the nearby social spots

Our stay at the Capital hotel was wonderful. Traveled with a 3yo toddler and my mom, which were their first time in London. Our room was the 1 bedroom. It was spacious and incredibly clean. The kitchen was well stocked and there’s even a washer and dryer. The location was fantastic as it was only a few steps from Harrods’ and the area was well located to get to all the attractions with the buses. Walking distance to the National and Science museums. We stayed for 4 nights and were very comfortable. Best of all were the staff. They were very accommodating especially with a toddler and assisted with every request. My daughter wanted olives at breakfast and they made her so happy with olives each morning. Or magically appeared with crayons and coloring books when she only mentioned it to me mere seconds before if she could color but I didn’t have any with us. The staff were really exceptional. Thank you for making our trip so special.

Taxi dropped us off the hotel entrance. A doorman open the door and took our luggages. Greeted by another concierge to bring us to receptionist. We were seated by the fire place with some snacks and champagne. The experience was wonderful and friendly. The room was clean and quiet.

It’s a shame there are people boy 5 stars as this hotel is astonishingly good

Great hotel in a lively and fun area. Excellent restaurants nearby - loved Dishoom and Gloria particularly. Great to be able to book a room for 4.

There is no lobby in the hotel, which becomes inconvenient during winter time, rooms are smaller than expected.

The staff were very friendly and made me feel welcome. The location was very convenient and the finishes made for a quaint stay in this boutique hotel.
