Clean room friendly staff great breakfast

Courteous attentive staff, very efficient... Extremely clean room convenient to most of the landmarks in Rome ,,,,would definitely stay here again!

The view over the Mediterranean from this hotel is mesmerizing. You are in for a delicious breakfast with lots of varieties if you want to try their restaurant. Just wish if there was an indoor swimming pool. Also, make sure to know about their shuttle bus schedule as there were no signs on the bus and the evening driver wasn’t that tourists friendly. Your only way to Sorrento is the shuttle or local bus ( SITA bus). Otherwise, taxi is a pricy option Rooms are clean, room service is good.

Overall, the hotel was in good shape however the outlets to charge phones and hair dryers, etc.. We’re not working very loose, even though we brought a converter. We also asked for our complementary Prosecco to be delivered, and it was never delivered or followed upon. I didn’t bother to ask them again. One morning we asked for a taxi cab and one of the staff members pointed outside to us to get our own, the taxi driver we selected ended up giving us counterfeit money as change. All other times staff had called a trusted cab service. A plus was the connected rooms and the complimentary breakfast. I would not stay here again, but over all it decent if you want to stay close to Trevi and local shops and restaurants.

This is a beautifully appointed, pristine hotel. The food and wait service was excellent, very friendly and attentive. Also appreciated the creative art work and furnishings. This hotel is in a great location, walkable to everything. Highly recommend!

Hotel Locarno was fantastic. Lovely independent five star hotel. The staff were all wonderful - from the front desk and bell team, to the restaurant and bar and housekeeping - friendly and always willing to help us with Rome plans. Generous breakfast, lovely sun terrace for drinks. We will be back

I stayed here for a quick stopover in Rome and needed a proper rest before continuing my journey the next morning. My plans changed and my train was delayed until the afternoon, and the staff were incredibly kind in allowing me to store my luggage without any hassle. What I appreciated most was how peaceful the hotel is. The rooms are beautifully soundproof, making it exceptionally quiet — exactly what you want when you need to recharge. Everything was very clean, and the attention to detail really shows. The location is also ideal, just a short walk from Roma Termini, which made everything so easy. From the outside it feels classic, but once inside, it’s elevated, elegant, and welcoming. The staff truly deserve five stars — warm, professional, and genuinely helpful. A perfect place for a restful stay in the heart of Rome.

Where to start. Everything. Everything. The hosts are very special. An uncommon concierge. A friend. The whole team. Day and night. The beautiful gallery. I would rather keep it my and my wife’s special secret. You will have to stay at Rhinoceros to discover this treasure. My complements to the Fendi's.
