Friendly staff, good location. On 1st floor could hear underground metro trains & could be a bit noisy first thing in the morning people in other rooms using shower etc. Reception getting upgrade but no impact on room. Would stay again.

Great location, very quiet, super helpful staff, hammam lovely too!

An elevator was down for the entire duration of our stay. We tried to use the other elevator only to find out there was no way to cross over to our side. Seems like this is an issue because it’s mentioned in other reviews. I should have been a bit more wary. There was a dirty towel in the middle of the bathroom and a brown, suspicious stain on the living room rug. We were also missing coffee for the coffee maker. Everytime we were in the lobby, it reeked of cigarette smoke. No one was regulating people smoking outside so the smell was wafting inside. The front desk staff was nice. Easy check in and check out. They were kind enough to not charge us a late fee since we had to wait 30 min to go down on the elevator (it was always full). The location is not too bad of a walk to the Eiffel Tower. There are food stalls along the way. Pretty convenient, especially if you’re using a tour bus or boat.
