The staff was so nice and went out of their way to make sure our stay was amazing. The room was so clean and had an amazing view of the pool and beach. I would definitely stay here again.

Staff were very nice and helpful, area, scenery and beaches were excellent. Food and drink weren’t very good. The older part of the resort (just the rooms and their pools) is in desperate need of an upgrade. Before my stay I read more than a few reviews regarding the resorts age and thought how bad could it be? It’s bad. At some point everything needs an upgrade. Panviman is well overdue for one. I’m sure the rooms in the newer section are great, I suggest booking one of them.

The staff at Silavadee was top notch! They took genuine care in our room, transportation to other areas of the hotel and making sure we had everything we needed constantly. They remembered who we were while we were there and cared about our experience. As an LGBTQ+ couple, we felt safe and welcomed. We felt so relaxed! This was the best place we have ever stayed and we’re going to think about this place for a long time. Highly recommend staying here as a couple, solo traveler or with friends: they have so much to offer for any type of traveler

This was a gem! Coming back from a busy day of exploration to this Beautiful quiet property with outstanding attentive service was everything we could hope for The garden pool was spectacular . A little fixer upper here and there but this surpassed expectations ! The suite was enormous and the Outside shower was a work of art! The grounds transformed you into another world outside of our time Never seen such service and attention to every detail The breakfast is uniquely incredible ! Beach is beautiful Close to everything ! Thank you for a wonderful experience !

was only for one night but the place was lovely thanks had pool and gum. clean and close to the airport

We arranged airport transfers with Fair house to collect us from the airport. Upon arrival we were greeted with a sign and taken straight to the hotel. Our check in experience was very pleasant and we were taken to our room via golf cart. We stayed just under 2 weeks and every day was exceptional. We had a Villa with private pool which was perfect and cleaned daily. The room and bathroom are very spacious and the mini bar was very well priced. The hotel itself is in an amazing setting and location on the beach. The pool bar is swim up on all sides and the restaurant is excellent. My wife visited the spa a few times and had an excellent experience. There is also a well kitted out Gym with amazing views. The breakfast is a buffet style with an made to order egg station and the option to order porridge and eggs benedict etc. Our host "Boss" was amazing. He welcomed us every morning and helped arrange a tour to Pig island as well as treat us to a complimentary meal as we were considered long stay guests. All the staff at Fair House Villas are so nice, polite and welcoming. Thank you to Fair House Villas and all the staff for a wonderful and memorable stay.

Room required some maintenance and needs an upgrade, but otherwise a great place to stay and would stay again.
