No staff was seen. Electronic check in key drop box check out. Very spacious and good location. Liked having free laundry to do a load on day 8 of long trip. Would have liked bigger fsn.

Our room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and very quiet –- despite being on the second floor overlooking the road and directly across from a construction site. Beds, pillows, and duvets all excellent. There is a coffee service (kettle, tea, coffee, sugar, creamer) in the room. The basement gym is one of the better hotel gyms, with aerobic equipment, weight machines, racks of free weights, and enough floor space for yoga. We did not use the sauna, but saw other guests avail themselves of it (also in the basement). The breakfast buffet was generous; featuring hot (English) and cold (Continental meats and cheeses, and Nordic salmon and herring) options, fruit, yoghurt, fresh bread, coffee, tea, fresh juice, smoothies and more. Fresh pastries are provided late afternoon. The room price also includes a buffet dinner, making this a very homey hotel indeed.

We booked the family room for 4 to stay with our 2 small children. This was by far the smallest room I have ever stayed in. The room had two small twin-size beds and they converted a small sofa into a bed for the kids . The 3 beds took up most of the room. We did not have enough room to fit our bags in the room since we would not have been able to get to the beds. We had to leave our bags by the door (blocking the door) to have any room to get to the beds. In addition, the room was hot when we arrived and there was no A/C. It was very uncomfortable. I would never stay there again. I can't believe they can rent rooms like this. On a positive note, the breakfast was nice.
