The property was very central to everything. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The apartment was clean. The kitchen was well stocked. The staff were wonderful.

The shower was a wet room and the whole bathroom floor got extremely wet when you showered. Did not like walking on a wet floor most of the time.

The apartment has a gorgeous beach view and great balcony. I really liked the black out curtains, furnishings and Foxtel options. The apartment was cute and nice, but I found some things slightly annoying. There was no doona on the bed, only a sheet, which was not ideal being that it's winter. I was provided an extra blanket and heater, after I reported my concerns to reception. I found reception to be very caring and thoughtful. The dishes in the kitchen were not cleaned properly, so I had to pre-wash everything before use. Lastly, there was a lot of loud noises coming from other apartments, especially washing machine noises from early morning. I did not sleep the best in the apartment. Make sure to wear good ear plugs if you're a light sleeper!

Location is perfect- close to shopping, restaurants, bars, shopping and across the road from the beach. We had hoped to park vehicle well before checkin due to a nearby lunch engagement, but very friendly staff advised room was already available, so we were able to check-in AND with a complimentary upgrade! Will continue to be our no.1 go-to for accommodation in Coolangatta
