Front desk staff not at all warm, engaging or the least bit interested in the guests. Checking in, no hello, no good evening, no welcome to the park plaza,
Checking out was the same, gentleman looked up and said, you’re good to go. No thanks for staying with us, no how was your stay. They were very disinterested.
That being said, location was good. Hotel showing some signs of wear and tear. Beds comfortable, linens nice.

Location was good. Bathroom had bathtub shower, shower was difficult to use. Water dripping out, hardly have any spray. Stayed 5 nights, no cleaning service. Have to get your own change of bath towels if you want a change. Have to empty your own trash daily. It is not a 4 star hotel.
