Lovely hotel with sizeable rooms and friendly staff.

Loved the helpful staff giving help and tips of all kinds. The Bottle boy pub was great time, great locals hang out . great pints. cleanest and best washrooms lay out. Very thankful shout out to the front of house Martin and the best Pub staff Kevin and Mustafa. every night there was a delight Stayed in the double room with balcony with lots of room and fresh air. great shower. Cant forget the security door man keeping all in order - Grant

Great hotel but unfortunately there was no air conditioning in the bedroom which made it very it very uncomfortable at night.

Very attentive staff and beautiful building.

The service at The Dylan was superb! Everything from the desk staff to restaurant was first rate. We stayed three days before flying to London for a brief visit before returning. The staff was helpful in putting our extra luggage aside until we returned, at which time everything was brought to our room in advance. We highly recommend staying here!

I love the sense of feeling the past and history of this hotel and also the fact that it is situated in the heart of the city. If you like traveling on foot, this hotel is for you as everything is just a walk away. The staff were very nice and accommodating, too. I booked this hotel via Expedia because of its location and because of the fact that it was listed as “shuttle to the airport included”. But unfortunately for me, that information was incorrect. Story short, instead of saving on shuttle to airport, €40 more added on top of the hotel stay. But hey, did that dampen the Dublin experience?! Not really. It would’ve been nice if Shane (front desk) offered me a complimentary breakfast as a cherry on top for that hiccup though. It would’ve been nice. (Smiling) Anyways, please be advised that the walls in this older buildings are thin, so if you’re a light sleeper, might want to consider using earplugs and/or a silent love-making. All in all, still a great place to stay if you’re looking for a great location and if they little things don’t really bother you. Thank you staff!
