I am glad I picked this hotel, because it was among the few with AC in Copenhagen. Diring the heat wave it was a life savior. The hotel is buitifully decorated, located in the downtown, 5 minutes walk to the train station, metro, shops and good restaurants. It is around the corner from the main street, so there is no traffic around, and no car noise. There is a restaurant with loud life music across the road, but the music stops at 9 pm, and I did not hear anything inside the hotel either. The buffet breakfast is too expensive in my opinion ($40) per a person, you can find better options next door. The only bad thing I can say is a size of my room. It was designed for one person; there was no second chair at the table, and we could not sit together with my wife. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this hotel.

Wonderful hotel. Great room with very cool circular windows with lounge built into frame. Staff goes above and beyond. Only issue -- and this can be a plus or minus -- is it is located in an area of the city that is quite quiet at night. 15-20 minute walk to transit or the more hopping areas of town. Definitely need to ride share or use transit to get to the historic areas.

It wasn't excellent it was outstanding in all respects! We were ministered to like kings and queens royalty. I wasn't expecting such amazing honest genuine concern for our needs. We hated to check out so soon, only because of distance to our extended family. The bus 23 goes to the metro Or you can rent a bicycle with a basket The neighboring Cafe and extension of the hotel shows they are popular and are in bug demand.

Classic European Hotel with Old charm history. Impeccably maintained and amazing staff.

The staff were very, unhelpful and not supportive. Room service was terrible the attitude of the staffs were very unprofessional

Really nice hotel. Slightly out from centre but quick access via metro station just round the corner with short trip into the city.
