Richebach Kid friendly Vacations

The hotel was perfectly located only a few minutes from the interlaken west train station. The ac was excellent and the breakfast included was great.

The main hotel building is beautiful and well maintained, creating a great first impression. However, the separate apartment buildings where our room was located felt much smaller and did not meet the standards I would expect from a four-star property. The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our stay, and the breakfast was excellent—the highlight of the experience.

The concierge Lucas was maybe the best part of it all. We got the 2 bedroom suite. It was huge and the aircons worked well enough (rare in Europe.
