"Everything was amazing. Serena at the front desk was lovely. It was my son’s birthday and they sent up a bottle of champagne, which was amazing. The gym was fantastic and the room was beautiful. Breakfast was a wonderful treat. There’s not one thing I would change about this Hotel stay."

"Not much variety for breakfast. Mostly bread and pastry. The property could use some updating, especially in the halls on each floor. Also, bench by the elevator and some foyer furniture was stained. The staff were absolutely amazing and the location was ideal for walking to and from Old Town. "

"We stayed in the spa area and wow the room was big and amazing! My favorite room of all time. The service matched, everyone so polite and kind. We stayed for three days which was not enough. Ate at two of the restaurants both amazing and even bought a sweater at the shop to stay warm on the Jungfraujoch “Top of Europe”. This is the place to stay no question. Wish we would have booked more time at this hotel!"
