Bangkok Old Town Kid friendly Vacations

Stayed here in 2019, and was very happy then Six years later service and quality is still exceptional

Shanghai Mansion is located right in Bangkok's Chinatown. A short walk from the subway line (20 minutes) accessible from BKK airport. Most every night the street market is open for shopping and delicious food. All exotic and fresh. Restaurants are open, too, and tend to spill out onto the sidewalks when busy. Mansion staff can help with scheduling activities and taxi rides to nearby malls. Not to be missed.

The location is good but the hotel is a bit run down, it needs updating and the walls are very thin, I can hear next door watching tv or making noise. The bar service is open whenever, there's not\ schedule. The food is fairly good and its handy to be close to 7/11. The pictures advertised is much better than the actual hotel.

The hotel was perfect for our short stay in Phuket. The staff was amazing, they accommodated our request for early check in and a late check out. The hotel is a 5-7 minute walk from the tourist attraction Old Phuket Town.

Location is perfect. Nice having tea and coffee with snacks available in the reception area. Room was made up each day.

Lovely property with friendly staff. I’ve stayed here twice and will happily stay again.
