Friendly hotel staff, clean rooms, and helpful concierge. Special shout out to Sulli, Jimmy, Angela and Jenny.
Breakfast fare was limited but they graciously made a variety of eggs and pho on request.
Laundry available for small charge.
We will return to this location on our next visit to Hanoi.
