Convenient location near central mall. Rooms are little outdated and bed was good but most rooms smell of dirty toilet/urine smell throughout the room. And limited towels. Staff is kind and helpful tho and management needs to do better on quality cleaning and maintenance

Totally recommend staying at this hotel..River view from 22nd Floor where I stayed excellent. Staff great, lift staff, security, concierge greeting at front of hotel. Everything friendly. Rooms nice enough size, shower cubicle and separate bath. Kitchen, dining table. Balcony really nice. Only one minor negative. In both doorways from bedroom to bathroom three inch step across doorframe. Would not stop me staying there again. Big Thank You To Staff.

I did pay for a standard room, the bathroom was small and tight and felt closed in because the room small with no opening window or door. It was clean and good for me but a couple could be small The hotel is close to malls and aquarium and the main airport. Use there taxi service as the pricing is ok for airport. Overall good but far from luxurious

Plenty of drink options, alcoholic or virgin. Breakfast choices were at your taste, Very healthy options.

Location was excellent and convenient to all the shopping around the area. Rooms were clean, buffet was orderly, efficient, and had lots of options.

Clean room! Amazing staffs. Conveniently located on top of Central World with variety of shops and restaurants.
