Been wanting to stay here for years and it didn’t disappoint. It’s my first 5 star hotel and I love the fact that it’s a relaxed place. The staff are beyond lovely and helped me with my heavy bags to my room.
The room was so spacious, clean and the bathroom has a walk in shower. Toiletries included such as shampoo/conditioner, shower gel and body lotion. Hotel also has a beautiful large outdoor swimming pool to relax by!
Just a few minutes walk to Orchard MRT station which is handy. There is also a small 7/11 store close by too.

Excellent modern hotel with big rooms, well located and easy walking distance to numerous shops, restaurants etc. Great staff too. Also had a Michelin listed Chinese restaurant called Wah Lok which I highly recommend.

Very well positioned right over an MRT station. Well equipped rooms with lovely quiet AC. Pool was beautiful and gym looked amazing.
Reception was a little hit and miss. They had to be reminded to credit back the swipe they took on our card, they didn’t offer the free drinks we were entitled to until we specifically requested 3 days in and they didn’t order the taxi we booked with them the night before leaving although in fairness they did upgrade us

Location is awesome. The decor is elegant but modern. Room is clean and comfortable with everything in working order. Walking distance to a lot of food places and short ride to shopping. The staff are friendly. Really enjoyed the stay.
