Excellent location. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The king size room was spacious; but window placement made it hard to see outside. Don’t waste money on breakfast; there are better options, including a 7-Eleven across the street. Also very good restaurants and shopping within walking distance. easy access to subways.

Having washer/dryer in the room is handy. In a quiet neighborhood. Very friendly staff. Rooms are big for Tokyo.

Not much to complain. I loved the buffet over western breakfast or Japanese breakfast. Service and attention was above and beyond.

Great property to stay

Location was a few mins walk from a train station which made it very convenient to use the public train system to get around

Really friendly and helpful staff, allowed us luggage storage as we arrived and as we checked out. Bathroom products are excellent! Super clean and modern and so close to all shops - great location! Famous ramen restaurant across the road!

Good stay for 3 people (1 couple and a friend) - good location and had all amenities we required. Very useful to have basic cooking capabilities and a washing machine in the room. When there were any issues, staff were responsive and promptly addressed them.
