I had a very enjoyable stay.

This apartment hotel looked pretty new or newly renovated. Our apartment was very clean. The beds were pretty comfortable. The shower was excellent with strong, even pressure. Outside of the apartment, I just wished they had an espresso machine instead of just regular coffee. It was a pretty far walk to get to a Starbucks or a coffee shop. The place is close to convenience stores and a fairly short walk to restaurants. Easy to get around Ginza area and to the train station. Though we also used Uber a few times. The front desk staff are fairly nice and courteous though they could be more enthusiastic and look more like they like their jobs. I just wish the room with an open view was available when we booked as our apartment window only had a view of the building wall next to ours. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. Would probably stay here again.

Metro station is convenient to every area. Kobinis store is also available nearby for wide range. Service of hotel staff is amazing. 2nd time visit and stay at the same area! Kudos!

Excellent service and friendly people

Staff are welcoming and they have front desk staff late at night too. Very close to Ueno station. It’s beside a highway but their windows are able to block the car noise. Had no problem sleeping at night.

Wonderful hotel near Shinagawa Station! Highly suggest. This was our first hotel in Japan and was such a perfect landing space. The staff was helpful, the room was well arranged (and roomy), overall facility was perfect for us. AND it was only a short walk to a super busy station, so it was easy to get around! Stay here - splurge on a corner room - start your trip off right like we did!

The most important part of this review is that we saw a few areas of suspected mold. We didn't do a mold test so can't be sure, but both in the bathroom in our room and the vent above the coffee machine there were a lot of black specks. Besides that, the room was cozy, but the bed left us itchy. The staff were very friendly, and very much the highlight of the stay. The inn is very well positioned near the ochanomizu station and has several shopping areas within walking distance (15-60 minutes walk we found 3 good areas).

Overall is a nice property although it's a boutique hotel surrounded by giant others hotels, so , no exclusivity when you leave the room. The check out experience was awful at least, rude I would say and no excuses, no justification. So if you want a A experience in Tokyo forget about this facility!

Lovely hotel in a great area, we would definitely stay again

Beautiful room, very clean, dry convenient

The cleaning services are immaculate, and the staff were always courteous and very helpful. I needed to forward some large luggage to my next hotel, and the front desk team made sure that everything was seamless, even accounting for our difference in language to ensure all information was correct. This was my second stay with a Dormy location, and I will certainly be staying with the brand in future.
