I was expecting to find lactose-free milk options since I am lactose intolerant, so I was a bit disappointed in that regard. Additionally, the bed was not very comfortable; it felt like a cheap mattress. I definitely expected more for the price I paid.

Location was great. Room is getting outdated and worn and sliding glass door didn’t close all the way so rain got in. Otherwise, arcade was fun for kids.

The room and bedding were clean, the staff was nice. Only issue was the heater didn’t work in our room. Came back from NYE celebrating and was too tired to deal with it in the late/early hours. Was only staying that night anyway. Staff refunded a small $35 resort fee, Probably not good enough but it was something. Great location to the wharf and a bunch of other stuff. $65 parking plus tax.

It is pretty close to Disneyland. I would say a good 10-15 minute walk. The Disney shuttle also passes by the hotel if you prefer that way. Parking was very tight though. I love the mini kitchen and table in the rooms. However, I felt the bathroom was not cleaned well because when we arrived, there was a funky smell. I am usually pretty good about sanitizing the bathroom but was too exhausted to do it when we arrived late. The toilet was not cleaned well. Other than that, food was typical American breakfast buffet. They had an area for kids to play and rental options for scooters. I wouldn’t mind staying again.

Staffs were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable.

Staff was very nice. Rooms and property less than mediocre. Location was great though! Short walk to disney and very short drive to John wayne airport
