I have zero complaints about our stay at Condado Vanderbilt. I traveled with 4 children and from the minute we arrived in the driveway to the minute we left for the airport everyone was so welcoming and helpful. Our rooms were impeccable and very comfortable. We used the pool the most and loved every minute. Special thank you to the staff at Ola for singing Happy Birthday to me during brunch!

The resort was stunning. Everything was updated except for our room. Had I have known I would’ve booked on the other side of the hotel to get an updated room. Our window view which was ocean view was mediocre at best. Everything else was great though. The staff were phenomenal. Food was fantastic. I would recommend it!

I'm used to AI's so this was different. The adult pool was the best for us. The food and drinks were amazing. Just be prepared to spendddd. Definitely rent a car. We didn't and thats one thing I would have done different. Ubers are pretty cheap and easy and the drivers are so nice. The casino was fun. Wish they had more activities or shows. I think they have live music but only on the weekends and we did monday to friday. Try the drink "whisperwind" at the restaurant near the lobby!!! And the octopus tostada at the adult pool!!!
