Cancun Kid friendly Vacations

We had an amazing stay! Everything was excellent from start to finish. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable. We had a great time and really enjoyed every moment here. The property was beautiful, peaceful, and made our trip feel special. We would definitely come back again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a smooth and enjoyable vacation experience.

I spent a lot of money expecting to enjoy a relaxing vacation, but unfortunately the experience was disappointing. The room had ants and roaches, and management wanted to send people to spray the room while we were staying there. When you’re on vacation, the last thing you want is to worry about bugs getting into your luggage or belongings. The property is also extremely big, so you constantly need golf carts to get around. Sometimes we had to wait close to 30 minutes just to get picked up and go from one place to another. Customer service was poor, especially when trying to get help or solve issues. The restaurants themselves were good, but getting into them was very difficult because everything was overcrowded and busy. Unless you made reservations two days ahead, your chances of getting in were very low. Overall, the resort looks nice, but the experience did not match the amount of money we paid.

Great staff, food was good. The events were really fun. Wish they had more of a beer variety but other then that had a great time.

Conveniently located in Cancun with a huge property located right on the beach. The place is very clean and staff is so friendly and helpful. They all-inclusive food is delicious. Definitely my favorite hotel in Mexico.
