Central to train and tram. Shopping all around. Lots of places to eat. Id stay there again .

Room clean, amenities were lacking but staff brought various things up when I asked.

Staff courteous and late check in accommodated. 2 bedroom room poorly designed. Each queen bed had only one bedside table. No shelves or dresser in bedroom. Bathrooms very small. Kitchen had no prep area on counter. Seating was a small two seater sofa plus 4 flimsy dining chairs. Dishwasher did not drain. Coffee maker leaked water, extractor fam did not work The apartment was reasonably clean and washer dryer in good condition. Fridge next to external door need the door to open the other way. Dry difficult to access fridge. In short the interior layout and design was very poor but beds were clean and comfortable. Would not stay again.

The front of house staff were amazing , friendly and helpful

The room was spacious and located in a really convenient spot in Melbourne CBD. Check in process was a little slow but other than that no complaints.

Our stay was nice but a little underwhelming, friendly concierge staff at the front, left our things and had a look around the city which was nice. Went to check in on return and there was one staff on to check in about 8 people, needless to say it wasn’t seemless. Only 1 lift working so was quite a wait and only 5 people in there at one time. Room was nice, comfortable bed and pillows. I had a package that included a bottle of wine that wasn’t there. Just the little things make the difference, attention to detail. Breakfast was ok, again we stood in a line for about 10 minutes to wait to be seated without being told there’s a wait, or we’ll be with you soon. Again just that attention to detail.

The room was great. Location was perfect-right near a major train station making it easy to get around. A bottle of wine when I checked in! Room had a microwave and mini fridge which was great. The room was spacious. Only thing is I wish they would have cleaned more when they came in: I would find toothpaste still in my sink and soap residue on the shower-I know it is my mess so I didn't complain but if someone was coming in and making my bed, I kind of expected them to wipe down the sink. The staff was also friendly.
