The room was clean and had a few cool, funky touches. The staff was great - friendly, and they fulfilled a number of requests, like bringing beer glasses to our room. That said, it is a noisy neighborhood. This did not bother me because I wore ear buds to sleep.

The only thing missing was a cup of coffee in the morning, but everything else about the property was good

Really really lovely hotel. We had a top floor studio and the view across the city from our room was incredible. The hop on and off bus had a stop right outside so we explored the whole city really easily. The bar and restaurant served lovely food and drink and the staff were wonderful. Couldn't fault this hotel at all. Would definitely go back there.

Our room was clean, and quiet and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is currently going through renovations but these did not disrupt our stay. The kitchenette was small but functional. It was handy to have a washer and dryer in the room as we stayed 2 weeks.

We were welcome by Basheer. He is very warm & knowledgeable. He is very polite, helpful & consistent. Our room had a power outrage but were quick to respond. They moved us to another room quickly. We returned to our room the next morning.

Washroom door missing

We received the notice that there were no longer single used plastic shampoo/conditioner, bottles, which was fine. However, we were very surprised that there was no shampoo/conditioner/body wash at all. We expected that there would be multi use items attached to the wall. That was a miss as far as communication goes. Was also concerned about safety/security, recognizing there is no obstacle for anyone to enter the hotel guest levels. The elevators were not protected by a key card to go up to guest rooms. You could go directly from the street up to guest level with never encountering a staff member.

We love the location and service and the fact it had a drive in for the lobby which made it convenient to drop all of luggage’s most downtown hotels don’t have that
