Eurostar fell short of the brand.
I stayed at the Eurostar Barcelona an outstanding hotel.
This Eurostar hotel should be demolished!

The rooms are newly updated with comfortable bed and nice decor. On a positive note, breakfast was very nice and the location is lovely.
But, I cannot recommend this hotel. In this price range, they need to do better .
The shower water alternated between burning hot and ice cold every minute or less - we told reception staff about this on day 1, and day 2 and again on day 3 as we checked out. No action was taken and no room change was offered. They only said they did not know why this was happening. This is very disappointing for a fine hotel.
In addition, the shower panel is too small, and the bathroom floor floods when you shower which is slippery and inconvenient.

Florence is a walkable city for most (uneven surfaces) making this a great location. It’s a 7 - 10 minute walk (depending on luggage) from the train station.
Great rooftop pool with great views and service. The Club sandwich is among the best we have ever had. Sunset in the pool was amazing too.
Breakfast was exceptional with great selection and great coffee !

A lovely hotel although our air conditioning leaked everywhere but good location with a little riff raff in the square at night. Staff friendly
