The location was convenient for what i came for

This place is so beautiful! Incredible views from the cliff towards the sea and Alona beach which is super accessible by some stairs. I stayed as a solo traveler and was so conveniently located, close to Alona beach and all the scuba diving schools. The food is great too! The staff here are so kind and attentive and just amazing. I booked a transfer to the hotel with Amorita from the seaport very last minute and they kindly arranged it for me (at an extra cost) and the driver, Romel was so helpful sharing tips and information about the island. I can’t wait to return.

Well maintained property. Extremely helpful staff. Spa services and they have their own mall with 7/11, restaurant, 30 minute photoshoot, kayaking and great breakfast each day. Perfect if you do not want to leave the resort but not too far that you can get a tuktuk to go to Mist or Alona Beach. They also offer tour services which was a bonus as it is exclusive to us or your group.

Excellent experience at Monkey Bar the staff give me tissue that was sweet of them. Lots of activities and the staff are amazing. Loved the kayaking since it was my first time and the staff are definitely hard working and well deserve to raise there salary.Food hall excellent staff Kim and Charlie assisting us. Why I loved most also is the safety on the location security and camera everywhere. My kids and I really appreciated all staff at Be Grand and looking forward on our next journey. It was great, but it was more expensive through the Radisson site, this was cheaper and got breakfast included!

Truly some of the nicest staff in all of the Philippines ❤️ Their willingness to help feels completely genuine—not tip-driven at all. They sincerely want you to feel as comfortable, welcome, and cared for as possible. The facilities are also very clean and well maintained.

It worst resort/ hotel in my life. Do not know why it is called a resort. Old, ragged, outdated. Does not provide wash clothes, did not have pillow covers. Had to ask for them. Large spider in the room. Booked for 4 nights. Stayed one. We had friends at different facility. We got a real resort. Photos are deceiving. Nothing more than indoor camping.
