Had a good and pleasant stay.

Everything was very good. Check in gentleman was not easy to understand and the directions I asked for went unnoticed as I could not understand him. Plus he failed to recognize me as a member. Room and hotel very nice and clean. Check out woman was very professional and helpful.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt. Brandon at the front desk was excellent, courteous, and made sure the one hiccup we had was corrected immediately. The beds were comfy and provided a good nights rest. Great location with easy walking access to many things. If I’m ever in the area again, I would definitely stay here.

Great place to stay if you’re going for a Reds game! Only big complaint is pillows are like sleeping on bricks…..

Convinient walkable location but no parking on site unless you vallet. Also no breakfast restaurant onsite, they have a nice coffee shop with to grab breakfast options. But i wish they had a proper order to cook sit down restaurant for breakfast. Room was big and spacious. Gym was good. Above average hotel
