Arrived early morning around 0:40 at the hotel by shuttle bus from AKL airport but room key which should be under the map was not there.
By the track driver's help nearby passed, hotel staff came to the Motel with room key arond 2:00 after call (1hr 20min had been waiting in a cold temp. condition).
5am wake-up call did not work but fortunately shuttle bus driver knocked the door to let me take to AKL international airport on time leaving ATL 8:55 arriving Narita 16:30.
