Read this if you're booking because of the airport shuttle service! We booked our shuttle 24 hours in advance as required. After waiting 20 minutes for it to arrive we called the hotel, confirmed we were in the right place, and were told the driver would come shortly. 20 minutes later we had to call again. They said they would call the driver. 20 minutes later we call again and are told the driver would be there momentarily. When the driver finally arrived he came to platform 1, not platform 2 as indicated by the hotel. I asked him where he had been and he said he had driven through 4 times, but on the other side because he doesn't like waiting in the shuttle line. The idea that a guest is supposed to watch multiple areas for the driver is clearly ridiculous. What's more ridiculous is that this driver knew there were guests waiting and at no point got out of the vehicle to announce his arrival on the wrong side. The hotel front desk staff were lovely and handled my frustration with patience. We were offered complimentary breakfast and drinks with dinner which was appreciated. After all of this, we went to the restaurant to eat. The driver was sitting at the bar laughing and chatting and clearly had no concern for what had occurred, nor had he faced any repercussions. Very unprofessional. There are many reviews noting shuttle issues. It's time for the property to actually address the failures of this vital service.

Our stay was strategic in that we could get from the TGV train station in Terminal 2 to Terminal 1 in the morning. The location was convenient and their relationship with Uber to get from the hotel to the airport very reasonable and efficient. The restaurant within the hotel was fine and reasonably priced. My only caution is that it is a bit on the expensive side.

Our Check in experience was not very welcoming. it seemed rushed even though there wasn't a line behind us. Then at 10;30 at night, while we were asleep, someone knocked on our door and then opened the door. It turned out that their system was down and they were trying to figure out which rooms were occupied. We shut the door and would not open it because we didn't know who it was. Told them to call us if they were staff. He did call our room and wanted to know our name. A weird and scary experience. My husband got dressed and went down to the desk to talk to the staff about this incident. They explained and apologized, but that does not excuse the fact that they just opened our door.

Great location. Definitely enjoyed having a bigger room, but that’s expected in Europe. Friendly staff. Breakfast worth it if included with stay. Would stay here again.

The tub/shower combination was dangerous - e.g. the tub was slippery and hard to get out of safely. Also, the elevator was microscopic.
