"When we were checking in the first person, we talked to tried to put us into a room designed for a handicapped individual. He told us it was the only thing available. I reminded him that we did not request a room of that variety. I talked to a super visor. His supervisor was able to find a room that we actually reserved."

"This budget hotel was an excellent value. A recent remodel has made the lobby, restaurant and rooms quite attractive. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Most important to me, the free shuttle service to CDG airport was on schedule and not overcrowded."

"Great spot close to the airport but 30 euro tax ride because shuttle did not run during the time frame I arrived. Did use the free shuttle the next day to get to the RER B line and back for a day trip to Paris, and the next morning to get my flight out. Clean room. Helpful staff."
