Enjoyed the bar area for drinks and food.

Overall the stay was good, but disappointing that they were experiencing so many issues -- unable to access parking to/from the lobby, lounge/breakfast area closed under construction, only one of three elevators seemed to be working, etc. Pool area closing ridiculously early at 7pm even when there was no evening event scheduled at the nightclub (shared space). Rooms were reasonably nice and well-appointed. Had to call staff and long waits to obtain simple things like ice and drinking water, but overall staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Hopefully, things are improving with this property and we would consider staying again if so.

The hotel and staff were super friendly especially towards our child. The location is also great and they made us feel welcome. The room was overall nice but my only complaint would be is that the bathroom was not very clean. It looks like they rushed the clean job. There was a stain on my toilet and the bathroom smelled a little bit of mildew. Other than the bathroom the rest of the room was clean and organized. I would still definitely recommend this place and come back again, but please just clean the bathroom again!

I love the location, above Lonsdale Quay market. Room was comfortable and quiet.

The property was amazing, beautiful room and decor. Can't rave enough about the stunning room and bath tub. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was excellent, close to the airport and outlet mall. We really enjoyed the warm outdoor pool and hot tub in the evening. The bed sheets were luxurious and soft. Only complaint, the pillows were terrible, way too thick. But that does not warrant reducing from a 5 star rating. Will definitely return next time we stay in Richmond.

Everything has exceeded my expectations, especially the staff. Laeh, in particular, is exceptional; she is truly delightful and knowledgeable in assisting us with planning our day trip.

This place was clean and very suitable for our stay. Staff was friendly.
