Me and my partner have just returned from a 4 day trip to Copenhagen and we couldn’t have asked for a better hotel. Every member of staff were extremely friendly and helpful to the point of even extending our room as we had a very late flight on the day we left. The gym was the best I have ever seen for a hotel gym. Plenty of space, a great selection of machines, workout stations and even and outdoor space that is available. Our only slight downside was we were in one of the rooms at the end of the corridor and each time it was due to be cleaned we were in the room which meant we never fully had our room cleaned. But all in all a great hotel and would certainly book again if ever in Copenhagen

Very great experience. Perfect location as it’s only a quick walk to the metro. Grocery store is just around the corner which made it very convenient. Staff were very kind and accommodating. No complaints!

Liked getting a drink voucher for forgoing a housekeeping service

When we arrived we could not lock our luggage up because all lockers were full. The lady at the front desk(Litza?) was very understanding and helpful by finding an alternative for us. This hotel is very convenient to Nyhavn restaurants.

The hotel was beautiful, but the room was smaller than pictured. Its location near the center of Copenhagen was incredibly convenient. While the bar area was pleasant, the drinks seemed expensive..

Beautiful hotel, clean spacious rooms and lovely bar/dining areas within. Staff were exceptional, went above and beyond and made us feel valued customers. The extras and the little things went a long way.

Lovely place. Very walkable to the area. Very close to a wonderful Michelin rated restaurant (Vaekst). My room was a bit compact, with great bedding, and a wonderful view.

Nice boutique hotel in Central Copenhagen. We had a porch overlooking City Hall. Tivoli Gardens is a block away. You can walk to 90% of the city from this hotel.

Clean and spacious room. Just minor thing is to have a few more hooks for hanging clothesline and shower cap, Q tips … in the bathroom instead of asking the front desk. Staff is very nice and helpful. Very good breakfast to start the date, just hope for a little rotation every few days is good. Location is about 2 stop on Tram to water front area or 15-20 minutes walking. Would stay again.
