Omg what a dump! On the surface it's good, but once you get to the room 😱 Our first "suite" on the upper floor smelled of poop. Had a hot tub coz we paid extra. Bathroom door stops halfway coz the toilet is right there! No hand towel bar or hook, no hook on the dilapidated door. Bed was ancient. The decor was ghastly from the 1960s. When we tried to fill the hot tub, it kept draining. The jerk receptionist checked and found the stopper wasn't there. No instructions given even when we asked. He went and got a drain plug. Used toilet and flushed it. After that all hell broke loose. Jets on the hot tub got violent. Tried closing the taps but didn't work, until water soaked the carpet and the bed. Jerk receptionist turned it off and said, "whether it's my fault or yours I'm sorry". Are you kidding me? He moved us downstairs to another suite but we didn't use the tub. This is worse in terms of decor, if you can call it that. Furniture is scratched and probably picked up from a yard sale. Curtains don't overlap. No view in room. No exhaust fan in the bathroom, no window in the bathroom. Didn't use the duvet coz it looked so gross. The fridge noise kept us up all night. We could hear the hot tub in the next room all night and it sounded like our own tub was being filled with water. Really loud and kept us up. The only good thing about that place - Luz at reception. She was lovely. She deserves a better hotel to work for.

The room was very clean and spacious. The staff was great and helpful. I enjoyed the way breakfast was done here. They would bring it the night before, and we had breakfast in our comfort in our room. I enjoyed the location but if you want to be close to the center then this place is not for you unless you don’t mind walking 20 minutes. I highly recommend this place.

We were quite disappointed by this stay. The bathtub was quite old and would be one I would have a bath in as it didn’t look clean. Our king bed was also two twins pushed together with a sheet on top (not fitted) so both nights it kept falling off. The pillows were also very uncomfortable. The fridge never got colder than 18C. The common area was quite messy. The first day there were blankets everywhere including the floor, by the time we check out three days later, the couch looked the same with blankets and pillows everywhere, untouched from days before. The staff was also not friendly, could use some work on their customer service. Won’t be coming back
