We were disappointed by the fact that the pool was being renovated (therefore closed) and we were not notified until we were checking in at the hotel.

An excellent hotel if you want to be away from the busy city and malls. Clean , safe and amazing if you want to connect with nature. If you are coming Panama to shop I would not recommend staying here because it’s not close to the malls and the old city, it is out of the way . 10 mins away from the Panama Canal and hotel offers free shuttle to some places. Breakfast was great and staff was friendly and rooms were great , I would definitely recommend.

The American Trade hotel is a spectacular place. Great location; walkable secure area. Lots of shops,restaurants and rooftops. The hotel has a pool on the 3rd floorwit views of the city. Check in and check out smoothas can be.
