Absolutely beautiful and clean!! Full of natural beauty and animal encounters. The staff was so helpful and friendly. Food wasn’t the best but literally the only complaint I have. Definitely lived up to the expectations I had. I’m a first timer and will definitely go back.

Even if at this time the beach was full of sargazo, we had a great time in Cancun. At the hotel we ate a very delicious food and enjoyed great shows every night. I even had a free spa skin care mini treatment since it was skin care week. Had fun with the pool activities. And relax in the room. Clean and refreshing.
