Para quien va buscando playa ese no es el lugar (tiene sargazo) casi no tienen variedad de alimentos y el bufet cerró en 2 ocasiones sin nuestro conocimiento y tuvimos que acudir a restaurantes con menos variedad aún, el personal poco comunicativo y pocas actividades dentro del hotel. Nos gustó la piscina y el área de café y unos masajes maravillosos.Estuvimos 1 semana.

Out of this world experience- attention to detail was amazing / the food, the service and the design and architecture were incredible!
My son and I did the spa and we did the rainforest sauna along with an hour massage. It was an incredible experience!

"The staff was great, the entertainment was great. The beach smelled because of seaweed and the food was just ok. Making reservations at the restaurants were annoying, you have too basically get up at midnight to make reservations for the next day. I would stay there again"
