We totally loved our stay at this hotel. It’s an easy walk to all the main attractions. The spa is a major plus that we took advantage of. Really clean hotel. Really friendly staff. I would definitely recommend this property.

Hotel is spotless and orderly. Every single staff member was responsive and accommodating. This is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. Central Florence is a short cab ride away. The buffet breakfast is fresh with many choices.

Amazing hotel located a short taxi ride or 30/40 minute walk outside Florence. The scenery is lovely, it has caring staff and the rooms are massive.

The rooms are newly updated with comfortable bed and nice decor. On a positive note, breakfast was very nice and the location is lovely. But, I cannot recommend this hotel. In this price range, they need to do better . The shower water alternated between burning hot and ice cold every minute or less - we told reception staff about this on day 1, and day 2 and again on day 3 as we checked out. No action was taken and no room change was offered. They only said they did not know why this was happening. This is very disappointing for a fine hotel. In addition, the shower panel is too small, and the bathroom floor floods when you shower which is slippery and inconvenient.
