There was little to no Wi-Fi in my room. When I called the front desk about this, they said they would send a technician up to check but no one ever showed up. This is the 21st-century. I have stayed in two star motels that have great Wi-Fi. It’s bewildering that a place like this would not have Wi-Fi available in the room especially when it is advertised to have it. If you look at other reviews, you will see many other people have complained about this as well. If you don’t need Wi-Fi, then this would not be a bad hotel. But if you rely on Wi-Fi and especially if you’re here on business, avoid at all costs.

I would rate it a 5-star hotel and one of the best hotels I have ever had the pleasure of staying in. Amazing location on the square in the heart of old town Warsaw.
