Carpet in room had a wet spot. Refrigerator had a piercing sound when plugged in. Was woken up at 3am with a couple arguing and screaming in while their 3 toddlers were crying -this all happening right outside my door in the first floor hallway. Called front desk security, they said they were taking care of it. They didn’t. They never came. The noise went on for 10 minutes. The buffet cost $27 which was way overpriced. I will not be returning to this unpleasant and unprofessional hotel, ever!!!!!

The only hiccup was a used bar of soap was left on the bathroom counter; the mini fridge was left opened and the valet was not readily available on arrival.
But those small things did not take away from the beauty of the hotel, the phenomenal gentleman who helped us at check-in and the comfort of the room.

hotel and staff were awesome. however the neighborhood is just noisy and tough to dealwith. it kept me up until midnight. with loud noises.
