Great reception team, brilliant location. We upgraded to a 1brm suite - really worth it, made the weekend super relaxed

Everything was good clean apartment The View is amazing.. the only complaint we have is the reception at the building was rude and not helpful she said her name was Virginia.

Everything about this accomodation is excellent. The location is superb with the tram right outside the front door and its proximity to the city and riverside. If you are visiting the city, save some money on car rental and just stay here. Within walking distance to an abundance of amazing cafes, restaurants, bars, and all of the festivities along the riverside. Definitely recommend and we will be staying here again.

Return visitor within a week for St Kilda Film Festival. Coming back next month so I’ve already rebooked.

Great location and fab room.

Very clean, decent size room central to the city. If you're sensitive to noise, there's a lot of street noise, the soundproofing in the room isn't great, and there were weird noises in the room that I wasn't sure was the AC or plumbing. There would be random smells of either smoke or sewage sometimes. The view wasn't great because I was on the first floor. The stay itself wasn't bad just not amazing.

Nothing not to dislike, first class all the way. My husband and I loved our room, 41st floor beautiful views looking down part city & Cathedral views. Awesome night views & great sunrises 🌅 👍 Friendly staff & very helpful

All staff at Treasury on Collins were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable in their positions 😁

Loved this hotel! Very green and earthy looking that’s gives you that good feel like your surrounded with green nature but with a classy modern style. Would definitely come back

Property was close the train station which was very convenient for check in and check outs. The room was very big but the lighting was more ambient then full on lights not a big deal but something to note

There was crumbs on my bed sheets. Which implies the sheets weren’t clean. It’s in the take off zone of an airport so lots of planes flying overhead. There was lots of shipping containers on the block, and people came and picked them up in the morning of our stay which was a bit annoying. Host was very polite and accomodating, good communication. Showers had great pressure. Property is on tank water so you can’t drink from a tap but the host provided bottled water. Is a great location for if you wanted to have a party, lots of floor space and games rooms. Not much at all around the area
