Hat Island Cheap Vacations

Great view of the University District. Did get a $15 credit for food. Coffee place located in the hotel and a great restaurant upstairs with a spectacular view. Defiantly recommend.

From the pictures, I expected a lot better. I understand this is a “historical” hotel but the decor, especially in the room, is so outdated it gives it a creepy vibe. Seriously, my room felt haunted. What is up with those red flower curtains? I had to sleep with a light on. Other notes: -The fitness room is very dissapointing. Only one treadmill out of several machines other worked. -The staff was very pleasant to interact with. I did not try the onsite restauraunt/bar. Probably wouldn’t stay here again though.

Great hotel though our room was not ready when we arrived at 5 pm. Theyvassignedcusxa high floor w view. When we returned to check in a bit later, they’d given our room away. Gave us a far inferior room

Rooms are clean and modern. There is not room service available, hotel restaurant service was lacking and food was very greasy.
