Lakes Peninsula Cheap Vacations

This is a great hotel, the room had loads of space for us to hang, drink and dance. We had a great girls night in.

The room could of been cleaner, there were fake petals and glitter strands on the floor. The beds are very hard however the pillows are very soft and flat, which is not my preferred choice. Parking system needs reviewing. We were not td that we had to find conceierge before trying to leave the car park

Wood and tile floors were swept but not mopped and looked dirty. Hot tub was out for service. It would have been nice to have paper towels in the kitchen and tissues in the bathroom Only one hand towel was included to dry the dishes. Toilet paper was only disposable paper that was ised.

Nice, if ageing room and hotel in general. Unfortunately the aircon barely works, so I would avaoid the hotel during the summer months.

Clean room and hotel. Fabulous decor and architecture. Great location. We enjoyed our stay. Only problem was when trying the WiFi, which i think was provided by a separate company, it would not accept my email address as a valid one. I've been using the same email address for 20 years, so couldn't get any further with it and so, no WiFi.

Staff at reception was very friendly and helpful. Showed interest what our reason was for staying. We had a little studio room with fully functioning kitchenette. Only stayed for 1 night, we didn’t use it. The bed was very comfortable so we had a good night sleep. Room was spotlessly clean. Will definitely book again.

A full week after we checked out the hotel emailed me saying they reviewed our recorded and I had an outstanding bill from the restaurant. We never ate at the hotel or used any services. They asked me to pay the bill online. I will not be staying here again.

Very centrally located and extremely friendly and responsive staff.

I had a very pleasant 4 night stay here. Everything was great. I was quite surprised that they only service the rooms every 3 days however you only need to ask reception and they organise this whenever you want. The hotel is a bit bougie, nicely decorated. The staff are excellent. I liked the security of having to scan your room key to access the lift. I never had to wait once for the lift!

Rooms are modern and clean. Staff are always helpful and friendly. Will definitely stay there again when visiting Manchester.
