Val di Sieve Beach Vacations

Room floor was sandy, pillows were so flat to be non existent. Check in staff was lifeless and still working 12 hours later so there's a clue. Restaurant is uninspired and caters to German tourist. Breakfast is blah, lots of variety but none of it really good. No explanation of beach club, pool was closed and one of the main reasons the hotel was chosen. Overall a tired property.

Great location near the Pisa airport. Very well designed rooms with big new shower and quiet !

Hotiday terrible communication, emailed 3 times for information and had no replies. Hotel was in a good location. Pool staff were really helpful, reception staff first day were helpful after this it always felt like we were putting them out with any questions. Hotel rooms were in need of updating.

Beautiful hotel in a very centralized portion of Florence. Very walkable. Breakfast was great and staff was fantastic! Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent location, close to Ponte Vecchio, Pitti Palace, Santo Spirito and restaurants. Rooftop terrace and tasty breakfast. Great staff and service!

The property was located off the beaten path, across from a lovely park, which made it very quiet. Our room was HUGE and VERY comfortable! The staff was lovely and extremely helpful with cabs, directions, reservations, etc. etc. I would definitely stay here again, and look forward to returning!
