Clean room. Nice hotel. My room was inside facing and temperature control was challenging. (Very warm despite cool weather outside) But good overall.

Quiet and peaceful country side setting. Balcony and double hot tub was nice. Bathroom was large with nice spa soaps and shampoos. Clean, comfy bedding.

Bathroom fan was dusty, door frames dusty, dishes were dirty. But the linen was clean

Everything was great. Only issue was when the ac came on in the room is was very loud. Woke me up everytime it came on

This is a boutique hotel with a charm all its own in an older building. The room was spacious and the bathroom was nicely updated with large sink and shower. Breakfast is served at your door each morning in a basket that includes the scones or croissants of the day, various dips, fruit, and juices. There is coffee available in the room. Everything was tasty and contributed to a relaxing start each morning. The front desk, bar, restaurant, and housekeeping staff were all very friendly--quick to fulfill requests, answer questions, and make our stay pleasant. We parked at a lot right next door which provided "in and out" access without having to pay each time since the hotel has arranged a daily rate with them. We ate at the restaurant one night and it was very good. All in all, we recommend this as a delightful place to stay in the Old Town of Montreal. Super convenient to restaurants, shops, and activities in the area. We would be glad to go there again.
