We had a slight problem with the AC the first night but the hotel was able to fix it.

The staff were nice and some were just doing their job. Shout out to Camila at reception and David the doorman who were very helpful and pleasant all throughout our stay. The room is decent but for the price we paid, I had expected more. The breakfast is decent but lacking as well. I think they are short handed for the amount of guest they have. Every time we go there for breakfast, they alway run out of some food and don’t refill them right away. Again, for the price we paid, we expected more. The location is very central and so close to th train station once you figure out the direction to the square. It is literally so close to the duomo, academia, etc. So close to everything and have a lot of restaurants nearby but I would avoid il Santa Maria ristorante which is across the hotel, so overpriced and didn’t meet expectation. In short, we would go back now that we know what to expect especially because of its location.

Absolutely wonderful hotel. Perfect location. Everything was spotlessly clean. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The spa was out of this world. The breakfast had so much variety. Will definitely be staying there again.

Loved the hotel for a 5 night stay. Convenient to everything we wanted to do. Breakfast was great, rooms are spacious and was very comfortable to decompress in at the end of the day. The windows and doors are sound proofed so it was very quiet when you wanted it to be. Lots of everything within walking distance. Will definitely stay there again!!
