Toilet seat wasn’t attached to the bowl, and there was a lot of banging around in the morning. Other than that property was great and staff were all very kind.

CLEAN ROOM, FRIENDLY STAFF.

The room was spacious, pet friendly, clean and the staff was very accommodating. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We recently stayed at a hotel in Ontario, and unfortunately, our experience was quite frustrating due to several issues with the amenities. The bedding was a major concern. Our daughters had to sleep on the mattress from the living room couch because there was no suitable place to put the main mattress on the floor. That couch mattress had exposed springs and was very uncomfortable, causing our children to wake up with aches. In the kitchen area, the microwave was installed in a way that it couldn’t open fully due to the wall placement. Although the hotel provided a smaller microwave, it wasn’t suitable for larger meals. Additionally, the oven was placed next to the refrigerator without proper ventilation, making the kitchen extremely hot and unsafe for our kids to be around when the oven was in use. To add to the inconvenience, we had to keep the oven door open while cooking because the sheet pans provided—and even those we bought ourselves—did not fit inside. This made it difficult to prepare meals, especially during something like a Christmas dinner, and was simply not the level of convenience we expected. In summary, these issues made our stay far from comfortable, and we hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously. We’d rate the experience a 3 out of 5, due to the staff being very helpful. but overall, it was quite disappointing for the price.
