The only two things I liked in this hotel is the restaurant food and that the hotel was big so there’s a lot of walking places. The ocean is OK this time it was a little dirty, but overall it’s not bad, but I would give it a one star for the food other than the restaurants. The restaurant food was amazing 10 out of 10 the buffets were probably a two out of 10 and the drinks were one out of 10. Also, I will say that the staff at the bars and most staff in the buffets are really rude and unfriendly and this is my second time there and I can say nothing really changed. They are still pretty unfriendly and they don’t seem to like American people. We literally were ignored at the bar every time we would come up. They would serve everybody and act like they don’t see us till my husband said something to them and even then the guy just had a smirk and didn’t come up for a while. This is the only reason I would never go back there. I gave it a second chance, and still never again. The drinks were so bad that I couldn’t even drink the last few days because they were disgusting. Also, the shows were pretty lame more for kids, and they only started around. But there’s nobody at the shows because they’re very lame.

We had such a great stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming and well taken care of. The food was really good—plenty of options and everything we tried was fresh and flavorful. One of the highlights for us was the kids’ area—it was amazing! The kids had so much fun and didn’t want to leave. It made the whole experience even more enjoyable for our family. Overall, we truly loved our stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommend for families looking for a fun and relaxing getaway

Names Andy did it all: he was the Expedia liaison for everything we did. He helped us sign up for our dinners, connected us with the lifeguard after our friend fractured her foot, and maintained a professional yet friendly disposition! Alyn - nurse (lifeguard)wrapped Lynn’s foot, provided instruction and ice! Luis - There were a few people with this name. He was young, worked at the swim bar and said that he usually is a waiter near the swim bar. He was attentive, kept his cool when it got really busy and was very kind. We felt he was the best!! Jair- Attentive and responsive hard working bartender! Alexis / steak place waiter was friendly and helpful! Ramiro - Awesomely waited on us at the pool!! Francisco - Gracie restaurant Armando greeted us at the hibachi restaurant. He seated us and took our order. He was an excellent host!! Jesus at ZEN made our hibachi experience, the absolute best memory of all!!! his lighthearted, sense of humor and professional chef was very well received!!! we laughed so hard and ate such delicious food!

First time doing an all inclusive and we reallly enjoyed every part of it. Anything you could possibly need for the trip was provided by the hotel such as waters soda beer and snacks in your room and a 24 hour lounge that had a bar and plenty of options for late night snacking. We loved the cafe by the lobby which had coffee pastries and ice cream. For breakfast they always had fresh squeezed orange juice and so much variety we never got tired of the food even after 9 days. For the other restaurants you do need to make sure to make a reservation with the concierge a day prior. All the food was great as well as the drinks at every restaurant in the hotel. Although you don’t need to leave the hotel it was nice to be so close to the famous 5th street to simple walk around at night so that was a big plus. They had two really nice set ups for pools. The main one had music and activities and clearly it was more of a party pool but they also had a more quiet pool area with a more relaxed vibe with great bar service. I will say that our favorite part of the trip was how beautiful the rooms were there was a tub inside the room and a hammock on the balcony and 24hour room service which made the stay extra special. There was a lot of seaweed that made it hard to use that beach but it didn’t affect our stay at all. We chose to tip the staff during our stay when we could due o how attentive they were 😃

VIP services is too much. Would rather they not bugging us as much. Lolas snack - the foods are beyond terrible. Poke rice was borderline hard like rock.
