I would 100% stay here again. The room was very clean, the staff was very helpful and friendly. We got the breakfast added and it was very well run and the food was great with many wonderful options. The location was perfect for Times Square and we felt very safe there. You could walk everywhere and super close to several subway stops but was very quiet at night for sleeping.

The room was a decent enough size and clean. Bathroom was modern with a good shower. Location pretty good - on 2nd Avenue. Subway, CVS, Starbucks and bars close by. There was a lack of plug outlets available due to the fridge and AC utilising 2 of the 4 available sockets. Neither of the available outlets could accommodate a travel adapter (UK to USA) and there was extension cables running round the room from both outlets. The fridge was noisy and had to unplug it to utilise the outlet for charging devices. There was a manned reception - we had no cause to contact staff until we asked about luggage storage on departure day (Friday). Check out was 11am and we wanted to store bags until 4pm - staff advised the cases could be stored until 2pm only. Upon checkout reception staff advised they couldn’t accommodate our luggage in the secure store area due to the volume of cases. Party of 7 with 2 cases / bags each which isn’t unreasonable for international travel. Staff offered to store the bags and cases in main reception area but couldn’t guarantee it would be supervised at all times. **This isn’t a secure luggage store**. We didn’t feel comfortable with this so had to pay approx $200 to store our luggage elsewhere so we could enjoy our last day in NYC. Overall the stay wasn’t too bad, but a few key points to be aware of if you’re thinking of staying here.
