9.4/10 Exceptional! (1,012 reviews)
Great location close to all the coolest areas of downtown Montreal. Nice contemporary design in the rooms and common areas, all kept very clean. The free all-day snacks and coffee in the lobby is a great touch, and the consistently warm and friendly reception by guest services manager Terry really makes you feel at home.
The only drawbacks are that the build quality of some of the room furnishings, gym and "spa" equipment is sub-par, and the paid parking lot in the public housing complex across the street is a bit sketchy.
Otherwise, though, this boutique hotel offers tremendous value for the money and the service is outstanding. Would definitely recommend a stay... just skip the gym and don't leave any valuables in your car.

8.6/10 Excellent! (225 reviews)
This not really a hotel in that there is no desk clerk at reception.
They send you door codes before your arrival. That wasn’t clear in the description.
Also no parking on site which also wasn’t in the description.
Good location.
