It’s a lovely old hotel and a simple bar. Relatively easy to get to and opposite a supermarket. The lifts are a little tricky if you have big luggage and don’t expect help getting the luggage to your room. But the hotel staff were accomodating and happy to let me leave my luggage all day while I explored the city before my trip out of the city. Would be happy to stay again

The rooms are so spacious, the staff is incredible, the Restaurnat delightful, the concierge and front desk staff exceeded my expectations with very helpful tips of the city. The beds and pillows are comfortable and the entire property is conveniently located close to a lot of Viennas premier attractions. Wonderful shopping district filled with restaurants. This place is a true gem.

The staff are outstanding, with a special thank you to Amit Pal and his wonderful team at reception, who always go above and beyond to make every arrival feel seamless and personal. Their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail set the tone for the entire stay. The food is consistently excellent, and the room service is particularly memorable — prompt, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. The pool facilities are a quiet luxury, perfectly maintained and ideal for unwinding. And the rooms are simply stunning — stylish, serene, and thoughtfully designed with comfort in mind. It’s a rare thing to find a hotel that gets everything right, every time — but the Almanac does. A place I always look forward to returning to.

New, fresh, clean, great staff

I really appreciated the cleanliness of the property and the politeness and professionalism of the staff — both were excellent throughout my stay. However, a couple of things could be improved. Room service took over an hour, which was quite inconvenient. Additionally, I was uncomfortable to see a guest inappropriately undressed in the pool area, which I feel should have been addressed by staff for the comfort of all guests.

Kaiserhof Hotel is lovely. All staff are professional and give excellent service. Attention is given to every detail. Breakfast is delicious and a wonderful way begin our day.

It had everything we needed, was very comfortable and not too expensive. We loved it!
