We were pleased with the staff, the super cleanliness of our room, close location from the cruiseship pier, the park and seawall across the hotel, and close walking distance to Chinatown.

Excellent apartment. Quite big with laundry in the room. Very nice employees. We forgot our phone cables and they were nice enough to send them to us to Kyoto. I recommend that gem to anybody who likes big, safe, clean, and modern space during their stay.

Top notch service but the food variety needs to improve for club lounge

had a pleasant stay overall. The lobby is beautiful and the staff are truly excellent. Everyone was kind, professional, and very helpful, which made a big difference. The room itself felt a bit dated and could use an update. It was clean and comfortable, but not modern. Breakfast was good and reliable, but very basic, nothing special. No complaints, just not a wow experience. Overall a solid hotel mainly because of the service and location.
