A very underwhelming experience with spotty bright spots of good customer service. Have stayed here multiple times. This will be the last.

The Park Hyatt is a beautiful hotel, and we really enjoyed the restaurants, especially brunch at The Flying Elephant. Unfortunately, the in-room dining experience has been very disappointing and not at the level I would expect from a hotel of this caliber. Our food took nearly an hour to arrive, and when it finally came, there was no cutlery provided. The coffee arrived cold, with no sugar or cream. I had to send the server back repeatedly just to get basic items, including a plate for the bread and a butter knife. These may seem like small details, but when you are ordering in-room dining at a luxury hotel, the expectation is that the meal arrives complete, hot, and ready to enjoy. Having to repeatedly request basic items really took away from an otherwise lovely stay. I hope the hotel can improve the speed, attention to detail, and overall consistency of its in-room dining service. They unfortunately lost my business and I cancelled the rest of my stay.

The staff were amazing! Attended to everything we needed. We were blown away by the hospitality and the room. I particularly enjoyed the architecture of the hotel, it was very unique.
