Top quality classic boutique hotel in ideal location for all local attractions like The Space Needle and The Waterfront. Attentive, engaging staff who upgraded my room upon request. Excellent restaurant onsite too which also caters to room service.

Overall, the Andra is a nice hotel. However, the bathroom is not only small but the sink has a shelf about 1 inch above the faucet. It's hard to turn on/off and does not allow you to wash your face. The sink design also is not a bowl but slopes like a beach and is very shallow. Thus water leaks on the floor. The toilet is very close to the shower glass whereby you can barely sit on it. There are also signs telling you they will charge you if you take anything. This along with the $100/night additional holding deposit leads me to think they have a theft problem. The room house keeping is not consistent as coffee is replenished "sometimes" and towels are forgotten. Our room specifically had an attached room with a door - which was very noisy. While overall nice, i would not categorize this hotel as excellent or upscale.
